This is a contract between you ("the client," "you") and SPACE Marketing Platform Sdn Bhd ("the Studio," "Vi妹," "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services.
2. The Service — and what it is not
VIMEI provides women's wellness mentoring, holistic transformation coaching, and educational programmes. These services are designed to support a woman's overall well-being, energy, and confidence — they include private consultations, structured programmes, community support, and written guidance.
3. Enrolment & Payment — how it works
Programme enrolment is by application and conversation with the Studio. Fees, schedules, and inclusions are confirmed in writing before payment is requested. Payment terms and refund policy are stated in the programme agreement at the time of enrolment.
4. Client Responsibilities — your part
- Provide accurate health information when requested
- Follow the programme guidance to the best of your ability
- Communicate openly about your progress and concerns
- Respect the privacy and stories of fellow members in any sisterhood circle
5. Intellectual Property — what's ours, what's yours
All content on vimei.live, including written material, designs, images, and programme curricula, is the property of SPACE Marketing Platform Sdn Bhd and protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. You may share excerpts with attribution but may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.
Anything you create or share within the sisterhood circle (writings, photos, testimonials) remains yours. We do not publish your story without explicit written consent.
6. Results & Expectations — honest words
Wellness, hormonal health, and personal transformation are deeply individual journeys. While we have walked alongside thousands of women, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result for you — outcomes depend on biology, life circumstances, consistency, and many factors outside the studio's control.
7. Acceptable Use — the small print, kindly
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Do not share programme content or community discussions outside the sisterhood
- Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct in any community forum
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of vimei.live
8. Limitation of Liability — legal
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACE Marketing Platform Sdn Bhd and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of vimei.live or any VIMEI programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law — Malaysia
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
